This student led conference is to show my teachers and parents 3 examples of my work. One that I am most proud of, one that shows a growth mindset and one that is an example of learning.

I want to start with my example of learning as it is the most recent, and in my opinion the strongest example of a growth I’ve seen from me in a while. This year in Destination Imagination, my group of LucasMichaelSpencer and Sam took on the engineering challenge.

For the work that I am most proud of I want to go back to December, when there we did Harry Potter blue skies. I came into this project with very little Harry Potter experience but the product that I came out with was something that I am very proud of.

Lastly is the work that shows a growth mindset. I chose my personal positivity and mindset as it is something that was called to mine and my parents attention about a month ago due to its abysmal state at the time.

The final part of my SLC are my 3 goals I have set for the rest of this year. The first one is to continue to improve my mindset and continue to stay positive. The next is to work even harder to improve my science marks, they are not what I want them to be. The final goal is to take advantage of all my resources and abilities.
