The staff had a great presentation on inquiry based learning on Friday.  I know my mind was racing with ideas, and that is what is good about professional development days, they give us a chance to be together, to share ideas and to learn new things.  Something that came out of the day was that there are a number of teachers who are going to be working on a collaborative project about Communities.  In particular Deep Cove.  They are looking for resources and artifacts to share with the children.  Do you have a book, old photos, magazine or newspaper articles, or other artifacts relating to communities or Deep Cove that you could share with us?
