About Me

Hello! Welcome to my Blog! My name is Emily McWilliam (formally Maxwell) and I am a high school teacher in British Columbia, Canada.

I teach Social Studies, English, Applied Design and Technologies, and B.C. First Peoples 12.  I love to hike, hang out with my friends and family, practice yoga, play my guitar, watch movies, eat good food (like sushi and potatoes), and of course come to school to see all my students every day. I love the ocean and the woods, which is where I try spend most of my free time.

I love animals, especially cats and dogs, but most of all my cat Tilli and my puppy Mo. We’re still trying to figure out what kind of dog Mo is. I will update you on this blog when I find out! See his puppy graduation picture below. Any guesses?!
