I am a happy, healthy person who has fun, helps make the world a better place and forms meaningful connections with others.
Mission
This year, I will “be curious, not judgmental,” so that I can build peaceful relationships, be inspired by different perspectives and approach challenges with a willingness to learn. I will treat myself and others with kindness, and help others to the best of my ability. I will take care of my health by making enough time for physical, social and outdoor activity, sleep and stress management.
