I just figured out what Im going to the weekend of the exhibition night and that was how the biomechanics of pitching help improve performance.Biomechanics is the study of the structure and function of biological systems by means of the methods of mechanics. So I decided to see if the the biomechanics help velocity and accuracy. I would also compare the wrong mechanics to actually see the difference of the accuracy and speed. So I made an iMovie on it.

The exhibition night was really fun but my station was kinda boring because I felt it was more interesting if u built something cause showing a movie is kind of boring. The exhibition night was fun with Nolans ping pong table and Spencer’s peni colada was amazing. Also Nolans announcing skills where pretty good.
