My frankenstuffie story

This story was was basically the first thing I thought of when my teacher said to write a story about the creature that we had to create. I honestly have no idea how I came up with this but it was the only idea that didn’t sound terrible. Without further ado, here it is.

How Brody Bear Came To Be

There once was a young spirit bear named Willow who was all alone. He spent most of his days wandering the forest floor aimlessly. On one particularly rainy night, as Willow went searching for shelter, he decided to climb up a tree to figure out where he was and to get out of the pouring rain. As he got higher in the tree, the branches got weaker and as he reached up for another branch, it broke and sent him tumbling down to the ground. He was badly hurt after the fall and had injured his paw. Tears running down willows face, he stumbled through the forest blindly.
“Why are you crying?” A voice said to Willow. A much older spirit bear emerged from the shadows.
“I have hurt my paw badly and fear that I cannot survive in the wilderness all by myself!” Willow confessed.
“Have no fear bear cub.” The spirit bear said calmly. “My name is Avalon, and I am here to help make you the best that you can be.”
“That is very kind of you! My name is Willow by the way.” Willow said.
“Come on willow! I will take you to my house where I will make you perfect!” Willow nodded and limped along after Avalon, the strange wise bear. Avalon then led Willow through the dark, damp forest to a huge hollowed out tree stump where Avalon then said to Willow “Okay Willow. This procedure can be a little painful so I am going to give you a couple herbs to lessen the pain.” Avalon gave willow the herbs and suddenly Willow started to feel really drowsy. Everything changed colours and was spinning. The ground moved like one million little inchworms And then everything went black.
Avalon got straight to work, he found two frogs legs and ladybug antenna and wings and used a special potion to enlarge all of the weird animal parts. Then, he began crushing up all of the body parts until it was one slimy, smelly liquid. Avalon then injected Willow with the strange slime and Willow started to change. Once Willow had awoken, he had a huge headache and his stomach hurt and his back ached. He walked over to the nearest puddle grumpily and looked at his reflection. Willow gave out a yelp of surprise. He had two frogs legs dangling from his sides, two Lady bug antenna on his head and huge Ladybug wings strapped to his back. He was a mutant. A freak of nature.
“What have you done!?!” Willow cried.
“I have made you perfect.” Avalon said coolly.
“Perfect? This is what you call perfect? I am hideous!” Willow said, frantic.
“Well you had better learn to deal with it. Those attachments are permanent.” Said the old spirit bear with a hint of annoyance in his voice. “I have done you a favour that you have not thanked me for. That’s awfully rude.” Avalon said.
“Change me back! I’m begging you! ”
” Not a chance. Get out of my sight!” Said Avalon angrily. Willow then limped away, head and back aching, and stomach hurting. Willow wasn’t even sure how to walk on his two new feet. The next day, all of the animals in the woods laughed at him and mocked him. Willow was so embarrassed! He decided to go to a forest where no one knew his name so that he didn’t have to be so ashamed. He flew to the forest called the Enchanted Forest which was where all of the misfits went. Willow then changed his name to Brody, completely forgetting how he lived before. He soon learnt how to hunt and fly and jump and climb and swim better than he had ever done before. After this newly declared Brody forgot about his life as a spirit bear, he was happier and even made a couple of friendships with animals including unicorns, dragons, elves, fairies, and even a couple of reindeer. Brody was never heard from again after that, and that’s just the way he liked it.

Here’s the time lapse of me making my frankenstuffie!
