For this project in scimatics, we have been working on creating renewable energy through a hand powered generator. We started off this unit by focasing on the different types of renewable energy and how these different forms work.

After we had a wide understanding of this last step, we set to work creating an early prototype of our generation technique. Me and my partner Logan decided that the best way to achieve this was to create a Water Wheel.

Our first prototype was not so successful, because the material was not water resident. For the second prototype I decided that I would use a different material, and make sure my measurements were as close to perfection as possible.

The last part off this project was to create a short video advertisement describing why this product would be good on the market. For the video we mostly used keynote, and a small amount of live action footage. The video turned out excellent, and touched on all of the topic on rubric. If I were to create the same generator project again, I would probably try to use a mor sustainable material like metal instead. This was a really fun project, that ended up being super interactive.
