The Student Blogging Challenge was the first Blogging Challenge that I have participated in. I have to say when I first heard about this Challenge I was quite presumptuous. I didn’t like the idea of having to write a whole new blog post every week. As you can imagine, by the third week of the Challenge I was fed up. It was just how I suspected, the lingering promise of more meaningless work. The weekly commenting wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be, and by the forth week I had finally gotten a reply. I would say that this commenting part of the challenge was the only part that motivated me on a day to day basis. I really think that this Challenge is an amazing opportunity for someone who is interested in blogging, unfortunately that person isn’t me. When I finished this ten week project, and could only say that I learned how to crate a widget, i realized that in its entirety, this project is ment for someone who just started blogging. Not someone who’s been blogging for almost three years.
