In PLP we have been working on coding and why it is helpful in this day and age. We have been using swift playgrounds, an app developed by apple to help young and old learn how to code. You start off with the task of collecting gems and moving this little character “Byte” across the map by entering code such as: Moveforward() Turnright() Turnleft() Toggleswitch() and Collectgem().

This simple coding has really helped me understand how fun coding is and it got me really hooked on using this app and even eventually creating my own programs using my own code. I eventually want to progress into coding robots and machines. This has been an amazing and fun experience and i think it will really help me in the future and i think everyone should at least try coding because it could change your life!
