The sky is blue

For my blue sky project I choose to make a pen for calligraphy that I can then sell on eBay for the right price online. This is a challenge that requires me to make a pen first so this how far I got at this point. In the video I will explain what making a pen like this. I learnt everything from a video by yoke co who charge a huge amount of money for something I can make at home.

Which is part of the reason I’m doing this to prove that if you want something that costs a lot of money then just make it. This is something that I really believe which I hope is conveyed in this project.

Choosing a DRI

This week we started a new project witch meant a new group. A new directly responsible Individual or DRI for short.
One of they key reasons groups fail or go above average is their DRI. So who was our DRI going to be? Read on and see. Our group is made up of six people them being me, Matt, Jacob, Spencer, Jayden and Ben. Each person having strengths and weaknesses.
The first day to work on this project we had to choose a DRI. We went through everyone one by one, we started by crossing off those who didn’t want the part. This was Ben. Next I was asked to be DRI unfortunately not the whole group wanted that so we talked about Matt filling the part. He said he would if he had to so we moved on. Spencer was also reluctant take the position but again would if he really had to.
Only Jayden and Jacob are left now Jacob although was a little more accepting with the role was still on the fence like spencer and Matt. Jayden was the one person who now felt pressured being the last one to make the choice, so he agreed to take on the role.
But there were some worries about the responsibility that he would have to deal with. So Jacob decided to become co DRI with Jayden this meant two DRIs to spread the power. This has proven quite effective so far. So do you think it was a good choice of DRI.

The French Revolution visualized

So this week we learnt about the French Revolution and the reign of Napoleon. This whole thing was a huge mess of murdor, French patriotism, genaral terror and mass confusion. During this I thought to myself would would this all look like on paper. So I formed the question: “what did the French Revolution look like to surrounding countries.” The answer I came up with was this:

This picture I made myself by adjusting each photo in a specific way intill I liked the way it looked. The base was made in superimpose for the iPad but I added some extra effects after in repix witch is another iPad app.

When I started making it I planned it out by drawing it in a notepad to deside where everything was going to go. And this way I could choose what pictures I was going to use. As you may notice I chose prominent French icons from the time period like the guillotine and fleur de lis. In the end I feel like I came up with a very strong mix of French symbols and I’m very proud of my work.

The English civil war who should you pick the round heads or the cavillers.

So I’m here to discuss the English civil war more specifically what side the people of England and the uk took in the war, Roundheads or cavaliers. For those who do not know about the English civil war basically it was a war between the cavaliers and the roundheads. One side lead by King Charles the first. The other side, the round heads, supported parliament who were getting annoyed by the king who couldn’t do anything right. Soon war broke out and the people were caught in the crossfire. So my question is what side did the people take during the English civil war.

Peridic table of swords

In this project we created a peridoc table to organize our own kind of elements and I chose swords. The first step was chose your elements. The best way to start listing ur elements is to just think of ones of the top of your head that way you will probably have the simplest and most well known elements. If your having trouble try referring to a list that some else has made, to get your elements.

Next step is find out and list their statistics. For this it’s easiest to do it the good “old” fashioned way… The Internet! Usually you will have to look up stats one by one but if your lucky you may find a list with all the stats you’re looking for. The figures I chose were length and age.

Once all the stats are listed then start arranging them on your perodic table I did this by first giving them a symbol. Like roman sword was Rs. Now that I did that I ordered them veritically by age

Newspaper report on act 3 scene 1 of Romeo and Juliet

This is what I thought a newspaper article would look following the events of act 3 scene 1 of Romeo and Juliet in which there are 2 major character deaths. This happened during a dual between the two houses.

A gang dual between the capulets and the montagues strikes yet again. Two are dead a bystander named Mercurio and capulets very own “prince of cats” Tybalt. As police arrived on the scene witnesses say Romeo son of lord and lady montague killed Tybalt after he killed Mercurio then fled. The verdict has already been made on Romeos punishment: he is to be banished from Verona.

This is a tragic event especially considering the princes warning after the last brawl. It’s unclear as of yet if he will follow through with it but it does not look likely as the dual did not effect the rest of the city but the verdict has yet to come in. The death of these two heads of house could potentially have terrible effects on the city.

What do dreams mean?

In act 1 scene 4 Mercutio says that dreams mean nothing while romeo says they foretell the future. I believe that dreams reflect on what you truly want. This is backed by scientific fact and if you think of all the dreams you’ve had how many have you wanted to come true? Most, if not all right? Except for nightmares which no one knows the purpose of. Although it is said that nightmares are the brains way of simulating danger and testing how to overcome it. Again no one knows why this happens but it doesn’t just happen to humans. It also happens to animals as well on a scale humans are fairly moderate dreamers.

(null)

This is why I think dreams reflect what you want not what will happen or them just meaning nothing. so think about next time you dream about something maybe it’s your brains way of telling you that what you dreamed about is what you really want.
