As you can see here I have a picture taken during our christmas holidays last year. It had snowed a lot that month and we had played in the snow for weeks before it melted completely. I chose this photo because it reminds me of all the awesome things I did at Christmas last year, not only that, but I chose this picture because it reminds me of how lucky I am to be able to experience all the cool things that happen during winter. We are lucky enough to live at the base of one of three local mountains, Mt. Seymour and it only takes a 15 minute drive to get to the first chair lift! I am hoping that I will be able to take a photo like this one this year because it will hopefully snow lots again. 

I have never experienced a warm Christmas. Maybe I will one day, but for the time being, I am happy to get out my wet weather and snow gear and wait for the flakes to start falling!
