Star Wars Project, Yay?!?

Hello, the whole of Navig8 has finished their Star Wars projects including me, who made the Han Solo blaster. Today I’m going to tell you about my process of making this blaster. So, starting with my supplies and base, I used matte black spray paint, grey drybrush paint,  black clay, and elmers transparent glue. I molded the clay creating a special grip and barel or flash hider, in the front. I then proceeded with spray painting it in the house (bad idea!) better to do it outside. Next, let it dry outside overnight and, in the morning, poof, my beautiful project was gleaming in the tiny bit of sunlight we have in Vancouver! After that, we had the expedition, where we showed off all of our projects. The evening  was a blast! We all had to wear costumes and since I made Han Solos blaster, I dressed up as Han Solo. It was a DIY costume so it turned out okay. After all, the Project taught me some creative skills I can use for later on in life! Thank you PLP teachers for guiding us through this great project…..
