This image is from my recent Oregon Coast Field Trip. I took this at a place called the Yaquina Head, this particular place at the Yaquina Head is a cobble beach. This beach is so cool because the rocks are almost perfectly round. Also the body of water in this photo is the Pacific Ocean if you were wondering.

If you think you can just go on the internet and and take a photo to use for business, website or anything really you are incorrect. Using a copyrighted image could be very bad. You could be taken to court and fined a huge amount of money, if you really wanted to use a particular copyrighted image you would have to ask for the owners permission and give them credit. If say you made profit off of a copyrighted image and got caught you would have to pay them all of your profits and on top of that a possible fine. There are some situations where the owner stated that the material is free to use, in that case you could definitely use it, but the owner also could make an agreement that you would have to give them credit. If you are looking for an image always think before you do.
