The Body Of Brutus (Accessories included)

In class we where asigned the task of making a body with symbols and accessories to represent a character from the Shakespearian play “Julius Ceaser”. Our group was assigned Marcus Junius Brutus.

Symbols and Accessories:

Over the broken heart it says betrayer. This represents his betrayed his closest friend Julius Ceaser because he thought he was getting too powerful. The pin Reads “1# nephew”  because he was raised by his uncle. The crown represents his promotion to governor. His belt with the picture of a man running from arrow fire is symbolic for when he fled the battle of Philipi and last-but-not-least the dagger represents his suicide after he fled the Philipi.
