Recently in Humanities we’ve been talking about the western parts of Canada and this guy named Louis Riel. He was a guy who fought for the rights of the métis and kinda went crazy and thought he was gods prophet. We actually read a comic book about his life. We also had to write summaries about each chapter. But what I want to talk about is a project we did where we had to pick someone with a lot of power and make an animation about how they used their power and a group of people they influenced. I did my animation about a guy named John Franklin. He was an arctic explorer guy. Here’s the animation:
To make this I used keynote, which is like apple’s version of power point, and used this transition called magic move to move the images around. I liked this project because I thought the animation was really fun and I did some video editing which I also like.
