It’s done, until September🏁

Hello friends, I’m back, again, this time with a post about my whole school year which is almost over, 2ish days!

The last time I reflected on my learning was my Mpol in February, that felt like forever ago but, I want to look a little into it. During my Mpol I talked about my progress in communication and working on public speaking. Through this whole school year, I have made a lot of progress mentally and academically and that has really contributed to my growth in both of those skills. An example of my progress in communication is in the exhibition that I just completed, I spent a lot of time collaborating and talking with people to make sure my project was something to be proud of. The exhibition also allowed me to share and communicate with an audience, and I am very proud of this project. I have done a lot of work on myself and my mental health and it has helped tremendously with moving forward with my goals and being happy with my work.

I want to give a little special mention to my last Tpol, last year I said that I wanted to have a more consistent year in terms of motivation and getting my work done. I believe that I did this way better than I did last year I started strong and I kept it up until the end. One thing that this year has taught me though that I think will help me next year is, I need balance. The first semester this year was chemistry, pre-calc, physics, and humanities then my second semester was BCFP, humanities, foods, and a spare so it was a pretty big difference in workload. Unfortunately, I can’t control when my classes are but what I found is that I wasn’t prepared for big projects in the second semester. I think working on balance in my life will really help me go through next year and grow more and have fun doing it for my last year of high school.

Thank you for reading through my journey of learning, I look forward to seeing you next year🧡
