Well, this blog post around we are working on VIDEOS!!!(awesome guitar riff inserted here). So In clas about a week ago we got assigned namesake, so pretty much the project is based on all the different facts you can a find on a surten topic. I got Seymour mountain for my topic my group was also another great part of the project so we got started with are project unfortunately I don’t have the first draft but I can show you the final project which is what really counts.

Here is the script

Mt Seymour stands 1’449 meter above see level. My Seymour is named after Frederick Seymour who was the second governor of the colony of British Columbia.

Mt Seymour opened it doors in 1938 under the ownership of Herald Enqvist. The beginning of my Seymour consisted of a t bar a cafeteria and a ski rental shop.

In 1949 the government of British Columbia ended up buying Seymour from mr Enqvist. The government of bc owned the mountain up until 1984 when it was bought by the woods family.

In 1960 the mystery chair was installed as well as other chairs later on such as the lodge and Brockton. In 2010 the mountain went under major upgrades such as a new mystery chair and a new bunny hill magic carpet.

Mt Seymour is Home to many different snowboarding and skiing events such as the Canadian Shield and the trans Atlantic snowboard events

My Seymour is also Home to many radio stations such as virgin radio and CBC radio.

There have been a lot movies that have been shot on my Seymour such as MacGyver, xfiles and hot tube time machine

My Seymour is not just a place to go skiing you can also go tubing as well as bobsledding and you can rent a pair of snowshoes and go for a nice scenic hike.

my Seymour is a mountain that is fun for all, family’s and pros.

Not only was Seymour fun for all, but it brought people together in a special way being able to go skiing and snow boarding

I also took some of my own video which wasn’t have bad the only thing was the wind was horrible and I didn’t want to mess up my camera gear.

and that was the Namesake Video.
