Leatherwork

I have passions, or things I like to do. I have several, but I’ll be talking about 2. The first is leatherwork. Here are some bullet points about my first passion.

• I like threading the needle, it’s a unique style of stitching and I’ve developed my own style of threading. I call it skip-stitching. I stitch every hole twice, then stitch every seconds hole once
  more. I find that this makes a really nice repeating pattern.
  
  

• I can creat great things in small amounts of time. In a week, I created several holders. For what you might ask? Well, I’m a martial arts practitioner. I’ve trained in Karate (an empty hand martial art(so no weapons)) for 8 years and trained in Kobudo (a martial art based on weapons (all of which are legal))

• One of the best things about leatherwork is embroidering your work. I’ve embroidered a leather bracelet and here are my plans for my next piece of work.
