hello, bonjour, hola, ciao
Welcome to my Blue Sky Blog, I’m Taylor. For my Blue Sky (click here to learn about the history of Blue Sky) Project I have created this blog for a friend of mine. She is a teen female athlete just like me. We ski racer together and she has brought up a problem to me multiple times. For my Blue Sky Project we had to solve a problem a non-PLP (click here to learn about PLP) peer has, so I’ve decided to help solve my friends problem. She says that “when we’re away traveling on a trip I never know what to eat, it’s either not healthy or we don’t have enough time. We are constantly busy with morning dryland workouts, then off to the ski hill for the day, then come back and do video session, then more dryland and it’s time for bed. I’m always hungry and I feel like I could get more out of my day if I had the right food.”
This blog has recipes, tips and tricks to get the most out of your day. I have an interview with a nutritionist named Ashley Leonie. She runs a nutrition consultancy in Toronto, Ontario and she is certified by the national olympic committee in olympic ski nutrition. (Read the post with my interview here)
