I picked Eleanor of Aquitaine who was a brave, powerful and a hero to many. This is the paragraph about Eleanor This is my key visual: Meaning of the picture:…

Gaius Cassius, body biography!
For the past few days in class we have started looking at one of Shakespeare’s many plays, Julius Cesar. This play was set in the Roman time which was perfect as we have just been studying the Roman times. We didn’t get to reading the play yet but we were assigned a body biography project. If you don’t know what a body biography is, well it’s a project where you trace somebody on a giant piece of paper then write about somebody on that body you traced out.
For this project we were split into four groups, each group was given one important character. My group was given Gaius Cassius also known as Caius Cassius. After every group was assigned their person we were given the project, we had to make a body biography of that person. The first day that we worked on this all the groups had to research things about their person such as characteristics and facts. The second day we had to pick out what colour we wanted to make the body then we had to print out pictures and write facts about Gaius Cassius. We had to try to think about where to put the facts on the body such as if he was very smart then you would probably write that in the head.. On the final day of this project we
presented the body biography of Gaius Cassius. So here is what we presented.
If you don’t know anything about Gaius Cassius, well in the story of Julius Cesar, Gaius Cassius was one of head people in the assassination against Julius. Now onto why we picked to put stuff in the places we did and the colour chosen for the body.
First of all, we picked the colour black because in Star Wars the leaders of the dark side usually wear black and in this play Cassius is considered to be the dark side.
If you can see on the image, it says politician general across the top off his shoulders ,which is representing in the 1980’s, women that would wear shoulder pads to make there shoulders look more broad making them look more strong. This is representing how Cassius was strong.
On the left side of his body in his heart it says he had a wife and child. They are inside his heart because he loved them very much. Right outside his heart is his brother in law because he is not his true brother so he might not be loved the same.
Right in the middle of Cassius is where it says he killed himself in 42 BCE. It is placed here as this is one of the easiest places to kill somebody.
There are a lot of other things on my group’s body biography but most of them are not put in special places just because of the fact we had to finish in time. Thanks for reading
