A) The only known record of other countries during the time of the great rebellion involves France and Spain. Both countries became part of the record of the civil war after they hid Charles I. By hiding Charles I they were no longer bystanders but had interfered. Other than France and Spain other country’s like Italy and Germany did not interfere with England’s affairs. which is why there is no record of them during this time.
