Everyday heroes of a segregated society

In 1961 a brave group of volunteers set out to Chang history. They new that there was a risk of death but they were not thinking of themselves, they though of their neighbours, their mailmen, their coworkers, and most importantly their children.

The freedom rider started the main force of the civil rights. Without its victory they would not have the confidence to construct Major movement like the March on Washington. Despite all the mental and physical harm the people of the south inflicted upon the freedom riders, they showed resilience against the hate. Becoming everyday heroes.
