Personified Image Challenge

Hey! We had an assignment centred around photography and the last step was to create a post about these photos.

The first step was our discussion. We took a look at a book made by Apple about how to get the most out of our cameras. It was super intriguing and I think it helped me understand what to expect from a camera on an iPad.

Our next step was to take a series of photos of something familiar. I chose the components of a pen. More specificity, the little twisty part that holds the ink cartage and the spring together, and the spring itself.

Here’s all my photos:

We were supposed to edit the  photos but mine didn’t look any different so I decided to not include them. It seemed kind of pointless.

Activity two was creating a photo walk. This basically meant taking a bunch of themed photos. That could be textures, shapes, colours, or patterns. I chose rectangles in my school. I see my school almost every day but I really looked at it for the first time while observing rectangles. Here’s my favourites:

Our next assignment was to create a personified image. Mine was taken at the library by my school, with my friend Lauren. Here it is:

The last part was to create this post! I enjoyed taking these photos a lot. I hope you enjoyed it and feel free to comment down below! Have a wonderful rest-of-your-day!
