Hello people of this blog. Today I bring you an extra special blog post all about Destination Imagination. Using the competency research and understand, myself and a group of people created a solution to a fine arts related challenge. To go into more detail, this competency was about finding how we research and understand different perspectives. I gathered and researched information in many different ways to understand a several different topics, all leading up to a regionalย tournament where we presented our solution to a group of appraisers. I will be going through three different aspects of the challenge: research, process and solution.
Research
To begin I had to understand the challenge completely and answer any initial questions I had. Of course this was done by researching. Using resources like the team challenge package an previous knowledge from classmates who unlike me, have participated in DI before. This research included studying the challenge requirements.

After everyone in our group had a full understanding of this challenge, which by the way is called โpicture thisโ we had to formulate a solution. My group was really good at collaborating and creating lots of ideas. After narrowing down and changing our ideas many times we had came to a final idea. This idea included a decision on a photograph we were using and the story we planned to go with it.
