When i am in a  team I always do my best to organize what is going on and know what people are doing in my group. I bring to the team a good flow of ideas and i help reforming mine or other peoples ideas. sometimes if lots of people are talking i wont be able to help as much because i am confused. I can give lots of ideas and ways to do things differently.

I used these things to show how i can build and strengthen the PLP learning team.the drawing i did shows how i can help organize my team . The first square shows my group confused before i help them. Square 2 shows me asking them if they can do certain tasks so we are less confused on what people are working on.square 3 shows that i can give clear instructions because they all understand and will start working .square 4 shows that because of my instructions my group finished a lot faster then they expected.my bitmoji is a example of what i look like and how i am creative with my sticker  choices. My user manual tells people more about me and how i am more personaly if we were in a group
