Who am I as a PLP learner

Hi, my name is Finn and this blog post is about my work on the project, becoming a PLP learner, over the last month or two I’ve been working on:

  • A wordpack
  • A digital selfie
  • A Laptop MeMoji
  • My user manual
  • My dream board
  • My bucket list
  • A Youtube channel idea
  • Learning about the PBL pathway

I chose some of these activities that I think represent me best as a learner so for the first one I chose:

The Laptop meMoji.

For the laptop meMoji we had to make a meMoji that looks like us and decorate the laptop with stickers that represent what we enjoy doing, I think this project represents me as a learner because I like graphic design so choosing what stickers to use was really fun for me. For my meMoji I chose stickers that represent things I enjoy, I chose the nvdpl logo because I like books, I chose the github, replit, windows and react logos because I like programming, I chose the procreate logo because I like drawing and art and the discord logo because I like talking with my friends online.

And now for the second project, after about 30 seconds of consideration I chose for the second project:

The user manual.

For the user manual we had to write a user manual in the third person detailing how to operate us, we had to write the user manual in the third person , I chose this project because I found it difficult to write about myself in this way but I stuck with the project and figured it out at the end, I think this project shows how I will work through problems until I solve them, so thats why I chose it.

And now, for the third a final project I chose:

The word pack.

The word pack. This project was far from the most complex or time consuming of projects, however it was one of the first projects I did in PLP and it taught me to take comments on my work and to self asses as well, it also taught me how to describe myself which has been useful, so while this was a simple project it fells like one of the most important, at least to me.

Well, here you are, at the end of this post, now that you’ve read the entire thing, 1 you can tell me how it was!

( you dont have to be detailed if you dont want, you can just write one thing you liked. You also dont even have to give feedback at all, but Im still figuring this whole blogging-for-school thing so feedback is nice)

  1. wait you did read the entire thing, right?
