For our final project of Humanities this semester, we explored poetry. The project was called working with words and our driving question was “ How might I construct text that shows who I am right now?”. I loved this project because you could be as creative as you want with your poems with the exception that they were about your worldview, which is basically who you are. Now this blog post isn’t going to be too long because the poetry Ebook that I published is the star of this post!

This Ebook is composed of 11 poems that I made. The pages are creatively designed and enhanced with a complimentary texts ( texts, photos, audio meaning statements, drawings etc.) and a short biography about the author (me!). Overall, throughout this project I’ve learnt 18 new poetry terms to improve my poems and to be able to identify the literary devices in other peoples poems. The poems that I wrote are all very meaningful to me, and each reveal something about my worldview. Check out my finished poetry Ebook:
