Every year the new PLP 8 students go on a field study to Oregon. Field studies are trips with amazing learning opportunities, however your always busy. Before the trip we were given an app where we could look at our itinerary to know what would be happening at all times.

Oregon was so much fun for me. I loved getting to know everybody on a closer scale. We also have so many fun memories and moments that I wish I could re-live. Some one the best inside jokes were “Ahhhh the sweet crunch of hydration juice,” and our adventures at Costco and Fred Meyer. Not to mention all the fun we had in our yurts and KOA cabins. One of the many tasks we had to do over the Oregon Trip was to make a book. We were each given a template of a book and told to make it ours. I love photography so I wanted to have that show throughout my book.
Another assignment we had while in Oregon was about advertising. We had to create an ad for a business there, so during the trip every group had an interview with their business. To learn more click on the title or press continue reading.
This trip has taught me so much and I had a great time. I can’t wait for the next field school.
