driving question- “How Can Small Changes in My Habits Shape My Success This Year and Beyond”?

A small change each day can make a huge difference over time and can be super easy to do. For example, by brushing your teeth for just 4 minutes each day, it can prevent your teeth from falling out.

for this PGP project we read the Atomic habits by JAmes Clear, and made an artifact to display  our leanring. for mine a made a goal track.

How to use

This goal tracker is used to map out where I am with a goal. There are four squares where you can place sticky notes to outline each step you are going to take to achieve your goal, then a fifth square to record your final outcome. Every time you complete a step, you move the green plane below it along the black line. If you are unable to achieve your goal, you move the reddish-pink plane forward.

How does this relate to James Clear?

Around chapter 4 in the book, Clear talks about how making your day 1% better each day will add up over a year. He uses the example of a plane’s course, explaining how being just one degree off can lead you miles away from your intended destination. Clear emphasizes the importance of staying on track, completing your goals on time, and sticking to your plan.
