As a team I am the one that takes charge. I think that I do a good job of organizing people and their thoughts. I tend to try and give as much constructive criticism as I can to what my team is working on. This tends to make the finished product turn out better. I do sometimes get overly controlling. If I start to get like this then I don’t always listen to other people’s ideas, even if they are really good. As a team member I will do everything to try to not fully take control. My piece of media, the drawing, and my Memoji show this all. My drawing shows that I am always keeping a list of everything everyone needs to do and how I organize my ideas. My Memoji shows that I can manage a lot of things at once. It shows this because it has many different stickers of things that I do. It’s important that I can manage multiple things at once because when you’re working with a team you need to be able to pay attention to your teammates and your project at the same time.

Setting 1: High School Student
This is the setting that you will work with the most. Between 7:45am till 3pm this is Jackson’s default setting. In this mode Jackson will mostly be in one of his classes or doing last minute work. He is still adjusting to this setting as it’s Jackson’s newest one. Jackson tries to stay focused and get all his work done on time, but sometimes will glitch and not do it till the last minute. When he is in this setting he will try to take charge and organize everyone that he is working with.
