What strategies can I use to maintain balance in my life and support my own well-being? Everyone wants more time to do the things that they liked, so a better life balance is simply hard to done. In fact, itβs much more than that. Whether people are students or office workers, achieving a life balance is good to their both mental and physical health. Lack of balance can cause people to get sick and depressed. They also feel negative and being unproductive on working. Being in a constant state of stress is not healthy for any people. So, in this project, our teacher teaches us the ways to keep balance in our life and being happy. There are many ways to maintain balance, such as managing time and energy, planning for future work, setting goals, and considering the surroundings.
