During this project we learnt about science and math concepts, which we combined in our final project. We learnt about electromagnetic radiation and we focused on how light moves and interacts with matter. We also learnt about geometry where we focused on the pythagorean theorem. 

We used textbooks and worked on worksheets to develop an understanding of the key concepts. We used this knowledge during experiments to test the law reflection and the Pythagorean theorem. I developed a good understanding of both theses concepts during this project.

Milestone 4 project

For Milestone 4 we used a laser simulator to perform a version of the experiment we were going to do for our final project. This milestone defiantly helped with my understanding of the theories and with how to write up an experiment. I will use the experiment skills I learnt in this project in future experiments and write ups.

During milestone 5 our group worked well together and created a good project in a timely manner. We tested the law of reflection using a protractor to ensure the angle of reflection was the same as the angle of incidence. We measured all the lengths of the right angle triangle and tested the Pythagorean theorem.

Overall I think this project went well and I had fun doing it.
