What my modern version of Romeo and Juliet looks like……

Hello and welcome to my first post about our new project called IHeartVerona!!!

This new project is all about Romeo and Juliet and overall Shakespeare’s relevance. During the past week we’ve learned a lot, worked on some stepping stones and completed milestone one!!!

For milestone one we re-wrote our very own version of Romeo and Juliet. I loved coming up with my own story… I even went a little overboard and started thinking about smaller details.

When it comes to projects I love adding visuals to support my ideas… as you can see above I added some pictures to help tell the story I came up with.

After completing milestone one, I was inspired to add some more images to assist my modern tragedy.

The first drawings I made featured the stars of the story. I made sure to give them more of a modern look, I also wanted them to look older (like I imagined them) because in my story they are old enough to work at a international company.
