Β This weeks task was all about photos. Personally I enjoyed this weeks challenge even though it was confusing at times, I thought the second task was fun because I like taking pictures and for that task I got to showcase them.
The first task was about using images legally. To start off you shouldnβt even steal other peoples images in the first place but sometimes you are in dire need and have no choice. The thing I find most common in image stealing is that people pretend the image is theirs and donβt give credit to the person the captured the photo. It is as simple as adding a link to the image taker or even saying that this image doesnβt belong to you but lots of people forget this step and makes others believe that the photo is theirs and they deserve the credit. There are two different ways of using images from the internet, borrowing and stealing. Borrowing is when you give credit to the image taker and stealing is when you just use the image without saying it isnβt your own. If you donβt give proper credit you can get copyrighted and that is the opposite of what you want. Getting copyrighted sucks and Iβve learnt the hard way so you might as well take my advice and not make the same mistake as I did. At the end of the day giving credit takes 1 minute out of your time and can save months.
The second task was about photos that I have taken and think are aesthetically pleasing. I haven chosen my top five favourite pictures. These images are my favourite because they all make you feel a different emotion and show a lot of character.Β
The third and final task was to either write a poem or a picture prompt, I chose to write a poem. My poem is about Oregon and is in an acrostic style.
Orange sunsets warming the sky
Raindrops trickling a-top the yurts
Evenings full of laughter and joy
Growing as a group, strong and sturdy
Ocean waves filling our boots
Naturally beautiful, quiet and mild
At the end of the day week three of the Student Blogging Challenge was irritating but enjoyable.

Your post was very interesting, Logan. My favorite part was your own photos. What a beautiful spot you must live in to be able to get shots like that! Do you enjoy the water a lot? It seems like that is something you must enjoy from viewing your photos. I could see what you meant about showing emotion in each one.
I spend a lot of time at the beach in Maine, especially in the wintertime. Your poem had so many connections to me, although for me it’s watching sunrises!
Thank you for blogging with us during the challenge!
