Alberta field study🥳

It was a cold dark morning before our trip, but when we left everything got brighter. This is my reflection post from my Alberta field study.  We were gone for 8 days going though BC and Alberta, learning about all the history of the places especially about the Canadian Pacific railway. We went to 8 different main locations and we went on long hikes for most of the locations, durning the whole trip we had to keep track in a book where we wrote about the 5 different themes, what our photo represents and our own connections to the photos and we did this for all of the main locations that we went to. I learned that so many of these places have a very interesting history that you wouldn’t expect, especially the hikes. This whole trip was very interesting because it was very different from what we have done before and I think it was actually really fun and i learned a lot from it.

We also had to make three different videos, we had to make a TikTok style video, we had to make a silent video, sorta like Charlie Chaplins films, and a investigate video. We also had to interview people. This was very cool because it was a start of more projects that we were going to do. It was meant to teach us how to do some video editing and just how to make a film. Making all of these videos were actually a lot of fun and I can watch to do more like it.
