How do i work in a team and what do i bring?

i bring ideas and creativity to a team. Usually I’m a visual learner and if i dont understand something then try to sketch out a drawing if you feel comfortable. I have a hard time focusing sometimes, so just tap me on the shoulder or ask if i should be doing what i am doing.
