This is my first official PLP post of high school. On this post I’m going to find out who I am as a PLP learner. I will be referencing former projects and assignment I have had.
Over my time as a PLP learner I have discovered a lot of different things about me. I am a good leader and try to lift my group up with me. When I work on any group project, I try to get my work done on time and finished to get my wanted grade. When I see a group member is struggling I try to help them get over that hill to they can get their wanted grade.
Working on different assignment that show what my goals are have shown me how much I’m dedicated to achieving my goal. One of my goals is to be able to make video games when I get out of college, and I’ve been working on that since grade 3. I have continued to work towards this by computer science too.
I have noticed it that I need to work in a quiet and focused group. When I’m in a group that doesn’t focus on the end goal I feel pressured to do all of the work, because they aren’t focusing I think they are going to not complete the project. When I think they aren’t going to the work I end up doing all of it. Not only does this make me do more work then needed, but I also get really stressed. This wasn’t as big as a problem in elementary school, because of this I need to have the quiet work space because I’m not used to it being a problem.
These are the biggest observations I have made during my time as a PLP learner so far. I will continue to grow and get better at different skills throughout high school.
This is all for now, so bye
