The Big Game.
In a crazy basketball game which happened on October 29th, the University of British Columbia (UBC) emerged victorious, claiming a well-deserved win against the Cougars. The game had amazing gameplay, impressive performances, and unforgettable moments that I will remember for a long time.

UBC’s Performance.
UBC showed teamwork and passing unlike my friends (who we call, ball hogs), with this team work came a well deserved victory. Their players were going crazy on the court hitting layups with three guys guarding them. They were displaying skill by actually passing, although the referee’s were making bad calls the difference between the two teams points showed they we were just much better. The team’s performance just showed the skill and practice they all went through to get to where they are.
The Unforgeable Dunk.
One of the game’s highlights was a dunk that made the stands go crazy,
The whole crowd was screaming and yelling. The dunk went like this, a guy went up for a layup, he missed another guy jumped up and shot it mid air, but also missed then out of nowhere number 21 jumps up, grabs the rebound and while still in the air slam dunks it. The crowd goes nuts. It was truly amazing.
The Half Court Shot.
Another recognizable moment came right before half time where UBC had the ball. There was only 3 seconds left. He was dribbling down the court and right before the buzzer sounded he shot the ball from the half court line. The buzzer rang right after he let go and…………..IT SWISHED, the crowd went even more nuts! It was a crazy shot that I will never forget.
30 Points.
An incredible performance that was given to us by number 10 on the Cougars team was unforgettable. He would not miss a shot, he made 30 of his teams 91 points, and was humble about it after the game ended. I met him after the game and he was very nice to me and my friends.
Overall.
Overall, I’m so happy I went to this amazing game and can’t wait for the next one. Thanks for reading about this awesome basketball game.
