Who are your influences or role models? Why do I ask? Well that’s the exact question we where posed in class.
Our first task was to identify five people who we consider role models. I tried to make sure they were all role models for different reasons. The role models I chose where; Sonny Rollins, Cpl Léo Major, Barack Obama, Dr.Dre, and Matt Damon.
Our next task was to create an image of us and our five role models at a table. Here’s mine:
The app I used was Photo Shop Mix. I found it quite easy to use and I quite like it.
We also had to write a paragraph for each of our role models on why they are at our table. I won’t lie, mine are pretty awesome. I worked really hard on them so I’m going to put them into their own blog post.
This was a good project and I feel like it was an important one to do. Not only did it help me practice my writing skills, which I do need to work on, but it also gave me a chance to look at myself and identify my values.
