So SLC’s. Anyways for SLC’s I have to write a blog post telling what my best work was, my work that showed the most growth mindset, and the work with the most growth. Without further a do, let’s get started.

So for my best work, I chose my Star Wars project. This is definitely my best work of the year so far. In the Star Wars project we had to come up with a driving question and answer it however. My driving question was “How did they make the special effects of the original Star Wars films?” You can read more about this project here.

For my work with the most growth mindset, I decided there wasn’t anything close to the quilt project. I am terrible at art and I couldnt even think about sewing. My first draft for the quilt square was very rough and plain. Even though I am not a good artist whatsoever I took some inspiration from a photo of a presidential candidate speaking to a big crowd of people. I ended up with a great work of art. The last piece of work I will be showing you is my response paragraphs from Julius Caesar. My writing skills improved quite a bit throughout this unit as after every act we had to write a paragraph about it.
