DI more then a project

Tournament of a century

Welcome back fellow sethanators. This year we did an amazing project called Destination Imagination or DI that was more then just a project. Now, you may be wondering what is going on and what even is DI? DI is a cool tournament where smart kids from everywhere compete in different subjects like improv and microscopy working together as a team.

I worked on a team that we named ‘Revolutionary Dystopians’. We worked together to solve problems using our imagination and creativity that ended in a competition, and it was an amazing experience. At the beginning, we had to plan it all out and research what we are actually doing. Our team was given one of the science subjects, which was microscopy. We worked really hard to make the best script ever. Each member of our team also had a specific job to do. My responsibility was to make a gem. We had to have one magical item that we included in our story. The gem that I needed to make had to have special effects and one team choice element implemented into the gem. We spent a lot of time doing this project and I know that if I could go back in time and redo this, I would try to find out ahead of time, if possible, when the tournament is scheduled for so I would be able to participate. It was really unfortunate I wasn’t able to make the tournament because of previous arrangements my family has made. But anyways here are some pictures and videos of my teammates presenting.
