Coast Capital is currently accepting applications for our Youth Intern Program. Applications close on Friday, April 10th at 11:59pm*.

What is the Coast Capital Youth Intern Program?
The Coast Capital Youth Intern Program gives students entering Grade 11 and 12 in September 2020 a unique, paid work experience opportunity to work at a Coast Capital branch, and in the community. They will also participate in meaningful volunteer experiences, and participate in a top-notch training program. Youth Interns work full time during July and August, as well as every Saturday once they’re back in school.
The Youth Intern Program is a one-year commitment, from July 1, 2020 to July 1, 2021. This year we will be hiring 12 students to represent the Mainland, and 8 students to represent Vancouver Island.
How to apply
We are accepting online applications until Friday, April 10th at 11:59pm*. Students can find more information about our program and the link to the application at http://www.coastcapitalsavings.com/youthinterns.
To be eligible to apply, students must be:
·         Entering Grade 11 or 12 in September 2020
·         Live in Metro Vancouver, the Fraser Valley, or Greater Victoria
·         Must be available to work full-time during July and August
·         Must be able to work every Saturday during the school year
·         Must be able to attend monthly meetings after school
All applicants will be advised of the status of their application via email; however, only short-listed students that meet our pre-determined criteria will be invited to a mandatory Information Session on Saturday, April 25, 2020. This is an opportunity for students to learn more about the Youth Intern Program and the commitment required, and is also an opportunity to ask questions, and get to know each other to see if the program is a good fit.
